My husband and I feel the same. It’s not up to par food is almost always cold
This franchisee is really a gold star franchisee...out of Wilson ...all his other stores are top of the line . spitting examples of McDonalds done right ...I really don't understand the problem...as a former fast food manager and supervisor...I only noticed one major labor problem ...bad hiring ...no employees that have service understanding ...or language skills ...what I did notice was terrible crew leaders...all buddies ...too interested in interactions with their buddies...but I also noticed that they are busy ...and slow ..which means they ate losing volume by not stepping up...I have avoided lines there because of speed of service ..I am sure I am not alone ...The Dixon group is top notch upper tier ..it dies not add up ..at this location...the a Dixons ate with me almost every Sunday ten to 15 years ago at the Arby's I ran there...for a group out of Raleigh .....nice people ..good restaurant people..
Management is not the greatest. I've complained to national on several occasions.
We had a good experience overall while we were there, it's a typical McDonald's
