Good hotel but could be great. When you walk into the lobby, your greeted with a really good fragrance like your in a vegas hotel. Check in was breeze and the staff were really helpful and polite. We stayed 2 nights in room 430. When you walk in, there is a kitchenette and a sectional. I didn't expect the room to be that big so that was nice. But every drawer and cabinet was empty in the kitchenette which made it useless. It would be nice to have some dishware provided. There is 2 double beds in this room. The mattress was super firm and uncomfortable but worse, the bed frame was very squeaky and felt like it could fall apart any minute. They both were like this. And lastly, the AC unit in the room works great and kept room cold, but is very loud. We had to turn the volume up higher than normal to hear it because of that. I fall asleep easy to fan noises but when it shuts off, the transition from very loud to super quiet so noticeable that it woke me and my wife up all through the night. I even left it (on) instead of (auto) and it didn't help. It must be the compressor or something.

Good spot for the area. This part of Atlantic Beach hasn’t been developed by a bunch of high-rises. Which is super nice. It is a quaint hotel with three or four levels. The rooms need some updating, but overall it’s a great place to spend the night. Right across from the beach. There’s a public access as well right across from the hotel. It doesn’t really give much of a “beach vibe.” The inside lobby area where the big TV is doesn’t it fit in with the overall vibe of the rest of the hotel. Walking distance to restaurants. It was nice to be able to walk on a sidewalk to get to the restaurant we went to. Super safe for children. I would definitely recommend! The pool is nice as well.

5 stars hands down. Me and my fiancé did a night away here and we were more than surprised. The room was beautiful and the service was amazing. Ms Sue at the front desk was so sweet and told us some amazing places to eat. The bed was super comfortable and we were relaxed as soon we walked in the front door. We are planning another get away to this hotel and hope to see her again. Thank you to the amazing staff and we look forward to a return here again.

The rooms were clean and everything was set up nicely! Big space to put your belongings and the small kitchen area was nice to have. Mostly everyone we spoke to was positive and nice. But that's not why I'm giving this hotel a 1 star. The reason I am giving it a 1 star is because of the management and my experience. I stayed for 1 night and when we checked in they were having problems with the card machine. They had me swipe my card twice and I didn't think much of it. The next morning when we left I noticed I had two debits from the hotel. When I asked the lady at the check out window about it she said it will most likely be put back on my card when they check me out. It is now almost a week since then and the money has not been put back. I have called the hotel multiple times and left the manager a voicemail and nothing.. I was told today that he comes in 2pm to 4pm but they don't know the days that he comes in. No call back, no email back, nothing. Guess I will have to take it to corporate since no one has any answers for me on when I will get my money back. The manager of this place really needs to work on being a manager and helping clients timely.
