This is a very nice oceanfront complex. Plenty of room in the units, great location, pool, and well taken care of. Units do not go on the market often and when they do, they get gone fast. This is due to the owners being so happy with the he location, units, and overall satisfaction. Definitely recommend owning one of these units if you get the opportunity.

Yes, there are 2 elevators. The pricing is different depending what level but they average about $650,000 on the 2nd floor.
None of the Penthouse units are available for rent, they are all owner occupied.
If the penthouses are available, any idea how to find out about them? I did contact Crystal Coast Management, and several other places, and no one can give me any answers. We had stayed in penthouse 404, years ago, and would love to stay in one again. If anyone could give me an answer on who to contact, that would be greatly appreciated!
I would think in the summer months, the pool is definitely open in June and July.
