Non responsive to emails even though you get a message that says some one will contact you. The phone number listed is just a recording of some guy saying the number is not in service. I don't know how it is to live there but the communication skill is lacking. Purchased a home in a different park instead. One that replies to emails and responds to phone calls.

It's beautiful here. Lots of wildlife to see. Fox, deer, racoons, birds, and lots of hummingbirds. Maybe even a bobcat or two. I've been here for 12 years, my friend across the road for 19 years.🤗🤗

This park has been resident-owned for several years now, which means lot fees are NOT intended to create profit/benefits for a third party owner, but rather for the benefit of the community itself. I have lived here for 6 years, and love the wooded atmosphere and quiet neighborhood. Homes in the park are maintained well, and almost all homes have carports, which is not the case in most mobile home parks. I have great neighbors, and also enjoy the regular visits by local turkeys. :) It's a nice place to retire.

As of August 2021, the monthly fee is $495. This is technically NOT rent since all residents are owners. The fee goes towards our mortgage, and all other costs of running the park (such as maintenance, taxes, water, garbage pick-up, snow removal, etc.). When you purchase a home here, you must also pay a one-time fee of $100 to become a member. That $100 is returned to you if you sell your home.
I thought this was a 55+ community 18& over people must live with someone 55+ or older.
RVs are not permitted to be lived in here, but we do have some limited space in the park where RVs and such can be parked when not in use for vacations and travel.
It's supposed to be 55 but I've seen people in their 30s and 40s. My dad was 45 when he moved in.
Homes come up for sale periodically, but tend to be sold very quickly. I suggest checking the various real estate websites regularly. This park is a very desirable one, and we even had a realtor recently send out postcards to everyone in the park saying he had a buyer who wanted to buy a home in the park. :)
Are there any homes for sale at this time?
We are a mobile home park not rv park
Up to 2 small pets are permitted. The weight limit is 25 pounds. By the way, the homes here are NOT trailers. They are technically called "mobile homes" but in reality, they aren't mobile at all.
