Are there any homes for sale at this time?
None of the homes in the park can be rented (with the exception of a couple that were already being rented when the park was purchased by residents). The monthly fee is currently $495. In addition to that, homeowners need to pay their own real estate and fire taxes. Purchase prices vary, depending on size as well as condition and assessment. All homes are approx. 35 years old, and my best guess is that sale prices for homes here currently average between 60 and 110 thousand dollars. There currently not any empty lots set up to accept a new home.
