I have gone to Coventry Eye Care for over 20 years. I went there today because the white of my eye was dark red. I was panicked because I was diagnosed with glaucoma in Dec.of 21. I did not have an appointment. I explained to the receptionist my issue. She said the Dr. Was booked and I needed an appointment. He was booked every 15 minutes. I said this was an emergency, don’t you have a procedure in place, like saying to the client please have a seat and I’ll let the Dr. Know you are here. No, just you need an appointment. So much for concern of patients. I’ll be looking for another eye Dr. N.Petrarca

Dr. Rick Liner was phenomenal! He found something amiss with my eyes that NO ONE had ever discovered. His bedside manner was OUTSTANDING!!!!!! His administrative assistant Jodi was FANTASTIC and hilarious. The entire practice made it a FEEL GOOD, HAPPY experience. This is worth GOLD when everywhere you go now-a-days people are just miserable. ONE MILLION STARS

I wanted a prescription for window tint on my car. I called to ask about it and I was told that they were issued on a case by case basis so I made an appointment. Towards the end of the appointment, I asked if they could fill out the window tint exemption form for me. This is when their story changed and I was told that this office basically never prescribes the window tint exemption but I could leave my form to double check. I left my form and sure enough, within a couple days, they informed me they wouldn't fill out the exemption for me. I went back to pick up the form and they had lost it. Aside from this though, the regular eye exam was fine. I'm not happy that I was lied to about the service I wanted by whoever made the appointment, just so they could get my business when there was no intention of actually providing that service.

Horrible place!!! Dr. Rick specializes in being a salesman rather than a Dr. cares nothing of the patient, only his kickbacks!! There are many other eye doctors to choose from in the area, go there instead!

No you do not. Personally I prefer to get my glasses at the same place that I get my eyes checked that way everything is in one place. I have found glasses/lenses cheaper online but if you have a problem you have to deal with sending it back. My reading glasses frames were only $30 I don't recall exactly how much the lenses were but they were very reasonable. Anytime I need an adjustment done or the little nose pads replaced I just walk in and they do it no charge.
