Quality of service has gone down over the last few years. Between my eye exam + returning for corrections to my glasses, I was there 4 times. The prescription by their doctors was all over the place even after i told them i didnt believe my vision changed. I ended up just keeping my old glasses from another eye doctor so I didn't strain my eyes and end up ruining my vision. Frustrating and a complete waste of time going to this place.

I go to a different location because clearly I have been going to this location for too long. I feel like the employees have been rude, disrespectful, and/or incompetent almost every time I've gone. Not only that, but I've seen and/or heard first-hand that employees that work at this location don't like their job and/or don't like other employees that are working there. It seems to be an internal issue that corporate can't figure out. It is retail, though, maybe the retail environment is inherently toxic.

I’m not sure when you posted this, but corporate just told me that the store is closed 3/6/21, but they don’t know cause of closure. That said, over the course of the last 5 months, their calls seem to immediately transfer to the corporate office. It’s so frustrating!
Tough to get someone on the phone but keep trying
I had the same issue. If it isn't something major like an eye exam, or fitting, you can normally head to the store between 11AM and 4PM. They will get you sorted out pretty quickly.

It's best to make an appointment. Eye exam stars at $50, but right now till 4/7/18 the eye exam is $39. Special promotion on glasses 60% off that ends 4/21/18
