I wanted to give this nail place a try. My spouse had gone yesterday for a mens pedicure. He said it was average and he felt rushed. I had come here two weeks ago for acrylic french tips. It was a decent job. Only 12 days, and one broke. I had decided to get them removed. I had to explain to four different people that I wanted a removal and no other service. I was very polite, friendly. A male staff came up behind and began massaging my neck and shoulders WITHOUT ASKING FIRST. I know this is customary and I enjoy it but was turned off that he didn’t ask before touching my body. None of the staff was friendly, spoke English or made effort. They are all distracted talking to each other and not paying attention to their customers. No welcome, no thank you. Rude. I experienced this on the first visit as well. After 3 chances, I won’t be returning.

It wasn’t terrible, but I won’t come back. It’s hard to tell in the photo but the polish looks “bumpy” and doesn’t have that smooth look. They also didn’t soak my nails and left a lot of skin/cuticle around my nails that could have been cut off. I was also surprised they wanted to use the drill near my cuticle line for a gel mani- typically that is only used for acrylics because it can weaken your nails. For 35$, I found it expensive and they didn’t give me a polished, clean look. Just my opinion.
