The staff are really nice and obviously doing their best but the wait times were 3+ hours, last time my husband went it was 5+ they need to open another urgent care in the Portland area because they don't have the capacity to take care of everyone quickly and they were turning people away

WAit time too long , but expected. Staff all courteous and friendly, helpful . Got to the issue ,prescribed meds that hopefully will cure infection.

I went to Urgen Care because of couch and sour throat, possible covid-19. From Start to Finish, I am very pleased with all the health care workers gave it to me today. Kaiser Permanente service is the best of the best in America for the last 10 years. Thank you so much.

Your receptionist is rude I think her name was Jennifer I made a mental note because she was so rude. Then you guys tried to send me to a hand specialist off of interstate. That's the 2nd time I've Refused care because I've been sent to the interstate office.

No appointment needed at the urgent care part of the facility
They close at ten I think you can check in as late as 9:30 depending on how big the que is
Yup, photo ID will be enough for them to look you up if you are a Kaiser member.
U can go drectly to nusing station. But...checking in first expedites it.
