My waxer didn’t know what she was doing which added more pain to the experience. As soon as I got done, my waxer loudly stated she would see me again in 3 weeks & told the receptionist to schedule me an appointment. We had not discussed that prior & I did not want to come back; I was put in an uncomfortable situation in which I was coerced to saying yes. They didn’t give me an option of not scheduling another appointment & the receptionist then went on a tangent of all their products I should purchase, which I know is her job, but it was very clear I wanted to leave. When she asked for a tip I told her 20% and she took advantage of the situation & took 20% of the full price instead of the discounted price which I received because it was my first wax at this location. The tip percentage should be taken from the amount paid, overall this was a horrible experience and I do not recommend.

Went to European wax after what was supposed to be bikini wax at Aveda School that turned into Brazilian and was very painful and unfinished due to pain/inexperienced waxer (i blame myself not student - should have gone to a professional in first place) . I went to European Wax to complete the wax job. Serenity was no nonsense, professional, clear communicator, and very efficient. She made it a virtuallly painless experience. I highly recommend !!!! Thank you !!!!
