Yes! Thursday night is women's only class, taught by Ashley. She's an awesome coach and she wants more women in class!
We start kids between the ages of 4-6. Some 4 y/o are ready, others are not. I would invite you to try a trial week to see if it's a good fit. We have several students their age currently.
