People smoking all around apartments, cant have the windows open. Cops come couple times a week to the apartments. Garbage cans are so messy it’s embarrassing living in clackamas area and having these messy apartments. Landscape never have been done, not even leaf blowing around the area. Paying so much for the rent, to live like &@$.?! embarrassing to invite guests. Jacuzzi is so gross. Alot of maintenance people but NO work is done around apartments !!!

As far as customer service and treated with kindness by staff I give a good rating. Although this rating is for level of cleanliness and responsiveness. Took photos today of garbage area. The caution tape has been there for months. This is a normal day walking around the complex. Mailbox areas are also trashed. There’s 100s of apartments here being charged $1,000+ a month! The funds for upkeep are severely lacking. Another issue is people smoking on their patios and it coming into our apartments. My husband and I have complained numerous times about neighbors smoking, told leasing office and they only taped letters to the neighbors doors to remind them of the smoking policy. We’ve complained for a year and nothing has been done about it. Instead of living like a normal person who can open windows whenever they want I live by what my neighbors do and keep them closed. In the summer I’ve woken up to my whole place smelling of cigarettes and still I have not seen any action taken.

I did get a call today about the issues I posted about. Hopefully the issues can be addressed. I forgot to add about the mail box areas. Consistently a mess. The cones are covering the broken lights, but one isn't covered. At least the wires are capped but heaven forbid a little kid get curious and take those caps off. I posted a photo of the torn off remnants of a sticker placed on a car slated for towing. you can see how long it's been there. The sticker used to be bright orange, now completely sun faded. Two rogue cones that have been lying here since the winter, maybe last fall even. The garbage, storage tubs and a suitcase are camping out behind some dumpster areas. Probably homeless people storing their stuff until it gets dark so they can collect the recyclables. On the plus side, I was informed that security patrols have been ramped up due to the homeless population that has been working its way this direction. The hot tub is taped off, has been for a month and I couldn't get photos of the pool because people were in them...its hot out so if they don't mind the green hue, why should I? I don't usually complain but if I am paying as much as I am for rent I would expect things to be repaired, cleaned up and addressed in a timely manner. I said I would post photos. I had to create a new review to do so. I am giving another star just for the fact that I was contacted so quickly. Hopefully I can give another one soon. No need to contact me again Crown. I do appreciate the quick response. :) Well, looks like my photos won't upload for some reason.

we have been here for a year and half so far. Apartment living is not my ideal living situation but it is what it is. I don't feel like some issues are a priority for management. Piles of garbage behind the dumpster/garage buildings, dead cars taking up valuable parking spaces for months...there are 3 in front of my building as I type this. One was actually tagged for towing but the owner ripped the tag off and here is still sits. Who knows how many others around the complex are non-functioning. I get that sometimes people have car problems but months and months? Get it fixed or offload it. Vehicles are "supposed" to move every 3-5 days. There are broken lights on every walking path, broken hot tub, not so clean pools and dysfunctional sprinklers all over the complex but hey... we have a great new updated smoking area by the pool! Priorities...sigh : (I'll get some pics up soon.)
