Called yesterday when I noticed a major leak in my heat pump. They sent out a tech the next afternoon. He was pleasant and professional and had my problems diagnosed and fixed pretty quickly. Turned out to be a clog in my drain as well as a poorly constructed drain. Both issues were handled. Great job!

Working with Control Techs NW has been excellent from start to finish. Cate was super helpful in quick responses and routing more tech questions to the right person as needed; Danny and Stephen were excellent through the sales and solution design process; Kyle and Chase were super professional installers - on time, kept the job site very tidy, and finished within the 2 days they promised. Very happy with the service and the heat pump product that was recommended.

I thought Austin was great. He was very professional and friendly. I appreciated his truthfulness about bringing the electrical up to code. I am seriously considering having my A/C done with Control Techs NW.

Actually my daughter and son in law had Control Techs install a brand new HVAC system. (I think that's what it is called). And they were very well pleased so since I needed my furnace repaired, she called them for me and I highly recommend Danny and his company.

Our skilled and experienced team provides 24/7 emergency services because we understand your comfort can’t wait. To maximize the life span of your air conditioner and heat pump we recommend annual maintenance visits, one of our trained and certified technicians will come to your home to complete a full cleaning and manufacturer approved performance test. Maintenance visits for air conditioners and heat pumps are generally performed during April, May and early June; this will get your system ready for peak usage season to ensure that it is operating optimally. Here are a few at home tips that you can do yourself before the technician completes your maintenance: -Clear leaves and other debris from around the exterior of the unit (do not try to clear debris internally in the unit as this may expose you to risk of electric shock) -Change your air filters regularly between maintenance visits to ensure that your system is receiving the appropriate amount of airflow -If you have a battery operated thermostat, check the batteries every six months to see if they are in need of a change out
