My 88 year old mother took her car to this place. She was told by AAA that as a senior citizen she would receive a 10% discount, and when she took her car there and asked about it, they ensured her she would receive it. Upon having the work done, they performed work that was not necessary according to the Lexus dealer; such as replacing the timing chain which had already been done only a few thousand miles previously. When she received the bill, she asked about the 10% discount and was met with crickets. No answer, no response. So let everyone be warned; unless you want to be ripped off, by an establishment that finds it normal business practice to steal from an 88 year old widow, you don't want to do business with this place. I checked the box for "Service not listed" since doing what they did is both unethical and ripping off older customers wasn't listed.

Mixed feelings here. On the positive side, I got an oil change for $30, which is a good deal these days. The front desk folks were friendly. On the small negative side, I had a scheduled appointment but it still took over an hour and some staff were having a rather heated dispute right by the waiting room. On the big negative side, only one or two of the employees were wearing masks (despite the masks required sign on the door). This bothered me because the waiting room/office area is pretty small, so if you want to wait indoors, you have to be near maskless folks. I probably won't go back for this reason; it felt inconsiderate of the management to not encourage mask-wearing considering the current high number of covid cases in our area.
