I don’t normally write reviews but I was so impressed with how I was treated that I felt compelled to leave this review. Last week I visited Ferguson at the recommendation of my plumber, and the manager Kevin Mecklem, was so helpful and went above and beyond in getting me the correct parts for an emergency repair I needed to do and that was huge right before the holidays. The entire will call counter was very professional and I can’t thank Kevin enough for his help and expertise. Will be back and recommend to friends and family!

Dropped in today on a bustling Monday and his place is GREAT! I’m a woman acting as my own general contractor on my remodel. I couldn’t find a plumber to even bid on the job, so I’m doing it myself. I am pretty savvy about building, but I’m not a plumber. Kevin was super friendly and game to work with me in figuring out what I needed. Hooked me up with a rental tool and, provided I pass inspection, I’ll have my water lines for our new sink in for under $200. Thanks!

Friendly, knowledgeable help at the counter. Always call ahead to have them check inventory before you stopped in. Oftentimes out of exactly what I need, ironically. But have had good luck calling ahead to have them check.
