This is terrible, and I see this everywhere. The speed limit near the shelter is 35, and there's 700 people living right along the RD. I guess write the mayors, take time off work and make a big deal about it somewhere. IF my kid died, or any kid, I'd raise F&*(&%$^*ing hell all day everyday.

As far as I know you can open carry anywhere (except the general places you're not allowed govt buildings etc..) though I would not recommend carrying into any police station. A "No guns allowed sticker" does not mean it is illegal to carry there. All that is is a sticker. But if the property owner asks you to leave and you don't comply you can be arrested for trespassing. If you're on public property, sidewalk/whatever you can open carry what you want as long as it is carried in a legal manner and you are legally in possession of the firearm.

This is not the main station. I think this is a dispatch center but not 100% on that. Try 911 Parr Blvd, there is a bus that goes up there if you need a ride the 17 bus goes straight up the hill to it.
