Had an amazing evening at Melting Pot Knoxville tonight. Our server was Kyla and when I say she was top notch that’s still undervaluing her. She had everything out in a timely manner and even struck up some great conversations with my husband and I. We never went without during this visit. Kyla was an absolute delight and was such a genuinely sweet person! If you get the opportunity to have her as a server than that day will be your lucky day

My boyfriend booked a reservation for my birthday last night and I was not disappointed. The food was fantastic and very fresh but the staff is what really made our visit phenomenal. Our waitress, Forbes, was absolutely perfect and gave us great service. They are very knowledgeable and had awesome recommendations. Chuck was also very accommodating and made sure we were well taken care of. I 100% recommended this restaurant and their amazing staff!

Everything was perfect from start to finish. The atmosphere was relaxing. Our waitress A. Forbes was amazing. She explained every menu item in detail and explained why certain foods are her favorite. It was me and my best friends first time going. The food was excellent. My favorite was the Salmon.

The Melting Pot is an experience. It is tasty but takes time. My girls love the cheese and the chocolate pots. We got Wisconsin cheese and the original chocolate pots this last visit. We really like all the different breads and fruit to dip. My girls of course loved the chocolate covered marshmallows and all the cheese and chocolate on general. It is super expensive so be prepared. Making reservations is definitely helpful.
