It's first come first serve no appointment. But if you don't want to wait long GO WHEN THERE'S A BALL GAME ON !!!!! the waiting room is half empty !!!!!.π

Worst place ever. Staff is so rude and very dirty there. Worst place ever.. If I could give it a zero star I would..

Dr. Nguyen is a terrific physician! The only thing I hate is the long wait times....

yes they do they take both..i have both and i go there all the time
Yes they do yearly physicals. They have both male and female physicians that do them
Yes
No we do not.
Best advice: Don't lay down anything important because if you forget it and leave... Well the chances you will recover it are very slim. That is a problem at every doctor's office I have been to except my specialists. Even the hospital can be considered a place where you will lose anything you forget
Yes
Yes we do.
Elizabeth Lopez I am sorry you had a bad experience but we are a walk in clinic and it depends how many patients are being seen. And with so many people requesting covid testing at time your wait may be longer.
Yes we do covid testing for people who are leaving the country and we even provide a QR code . Just make sure to call the country you are traveling to to make sure what their requirements are.
We do not have a program but we can direct you to to different weight loss providers to help manage your weigth.
Yes we do Julio and we are a walk in clinic no appointment necessary.
Yes we do. The only plan we do not take is Parkland because it is a Dallas County plan and you must see providers in Dallas County or providers affiliated with Parkland hospital.
Yes you can get a x-ray. And the staff is great with children.
No
Nadine it all depends on your insurance plan. Some policies may cover them under the copay and others will have the shots under their deductible . And some do not cover them at all. I would advise if you have seasonal allergies call you insurance plan to see how they are covered. If they are not or they are under a high deductible I would get a plan that dose cover the shot.
I don't think so.. This is a walk in clinic
Yes
The place is upkept and the wait time is bad... I only had to sign some papers and the wait was over 3 hours, that is the reason why sick people are called "patients". Go to the emergency room, even on pain and an open wound they will not give you A SINGLE pain pill, or make an appointment with your family doctor, ( I recommend Doctor Durbin on Osler St, she is the best) and wait 1 week to have your appointment, walk in clinics are like that, walk in, wait 3 hours and come out with a prescripciΓ³n for Beco pharmacy next door, and if you are lucky can fill it up before 5pm, I trully hate doctors and wait times and don't believe in pills but I don't buy herbal pills anymore. :( I have insurance now.
