I have been going to Dr Robinson for over 15 years. Dr Robinson and her staff are wonderful. They are patience and caring team. Their patients are their number one priority. I will always recommend their services. They have been awesome with me through all these years. Top-notched service!!

This is not for Dr Robinson so much as her scheduling staff. Dr. Robinson is fine for someone who only needs regularly scheduled checkups but if you occasionally need medical care then please try someone else. I've tried to call her for a week and between the receptionist not returning my calls and the lack of a message component during lunch, I waited a week to reach someone only to find out that she couldn't schedule until at least two weeks out. That l would have been fine a week ago because I had two weeks of a prescription remaing. But what if someone is actually sick?

If you are seeking medical attention look elsewhere… This practice is prone to incompetence, it actually defines what’s worst about ineptitude. When basic coordination between the doctor attending to your medical needs and her staff is lost, your medical needs will no longer a priority and that’s obviously a detriment to such needs. Bottom line, a doctor that can’t manage her staff. cannot deliver medical attention. When laziness and ill will are in the driver seat, you loss will be assured. This practice is the touch of incompetence, certainly not grace.
