I recently did my spring shopping here. Spent several hundred for boat, motor, and trailer parts and supplies. Unfortunately I picked the wrong fuel water separator. I did not realize it was the wrong size until after I had removed it from the packaging. I put it back in the packaging (plastic package which I sliced open to remove it) and took it back to the store. Even though this item was clean and obviously unused they refused to give me a refund (due to the fact I had removed it from the packaging). Next time I will do what I should have done this time and do my boat, motor, trailer shopping online where they let you return things with no hassle. I will say this is a well stocked operation and I will still shop there when I have to. Update: I just purchased the part online for half the price of the Boathouse product. Free shipping and I will have it tomorrow and I can return it if I need to. What a concept.

Was going to write a long review about my experience vut I have a feeling the owner already knows what's up....Guy in parts is extremely rude and condescending. Because of him (tony?) I will not bring my boats back. Need to integrate your parts / service depth. They point the finger at each other and leave the customer in the middle. (Maybe they don't want to work with Tony?) I've spent 10k here easy...too bad.

I just purchased an older boat and don't have all the info to get parts. Steve at the parts counter was awsome and found what i needed. Had it in stock. Everyone was awsome, helpfull and knowledgeable. I wish this was my first stop would have saved me a "boat load of cash" pun intended. Give them a try.

They have many options...you should call for a quote
Employees seem to put on masks if you are wearing one and approach them, but no practices were apparent upon entry with other unmasked customers.
You probably should call the business directly for that.

Unfortunately the manufacturer does not year date any more to avoid having to discount a motor that hasn't changed just due to the birthday
