I had never set foot in any Rooms to Go stores before this afternoon. Much to my surprise the furniture was not only stylish but appeared to be well-made as well. I was greeted at the front door by a young sales woman named Katie with whom I reconnected later after having seen several pieces I thought might work for my home. She followed me and showed me how to read the information cards for each set of furniture displayed. I ended up purchasing a coffee table 2 matching end tables and a sofa table as well as for lamps. Katie could not have been more helpful and she did try to get me a discount but wasn’t able to do so. Overall, for a first time visit I was highly impressed both with the store, its selection, and the quality and friendliness and professionalism of the sales staff. I will shop here again.

Came here to furnish our new home, was excited and ready to begin. At first sales woman seemed helpful but then began to say things such as "that isn't your style" and "this rug is better" not allowing me to decide on my own. I'm easily tempted to people please. I began to feel overwhelmed and pushed. After making a purchase of 19k I came home and decided I did not like 2 rooms I picked out. Next day we go back to the store with the intention of just canceling those 2 and keeping the other 3 rooms we picked out. After roomstogo rep said they could not return the funds to our card we used and would need to issue a paper check unless we canceled the whole order (so they could then add the stuff back on) I said go ahead and cancel it all. They then came back saying they had to still issue a paper check anyways and still thought I would rebuy from them wasting more money, while being out of pocket. As I told rep I was just going to keep order canceled (don't tell customer one thing then change it up on them) my kids told me she rolled her eyes behind me as she walked off. So glad we went to Ashley's down the street where we were treated better. Sales rep there would check in but wasn't pushy. I spent an additional 10k there but totally worth it (no reps rolling their eyes at my family and being pushy telling me what my style is).

You put drinks on your Key West coffee table?? No, as the name applies -- Coffee only! 😃 Go out and find some tropical themed coasters, they're the only way to go.
Not sure their inventory changes constantly depending on time of year
I don't think so. Their stuff are really nice for the price.
