We were upgraded to a larger room when requested with no additional charge. The clerk on duty was very attentive and receptive to our request. They also provided good recommendations for local restaurants and businesses for us to visit. We like to support local businesses.

I have stayed at this inn several times and it’s always a nice experience. The room was clean and staff was helpful. Just a little hard to get to , but overall it was a very nice experience. I highly recommend this property and I’ll continue to stay there when I’m in town.

As usual, our stay was good. Clean room, very nice staff, especially as it was nearly midnight when we arrived after a long drive. My only complaint was the breakfast was lacking. The usual eggs, sausage, cinnamon rolls, etc were available, but the only fresh fruit were bananas that had seen better days. There was no yogurts (regular or Greek), and other chilled items which are usually available at all locations. It could be supply chain issues or a busy holiday weekend, not sure. I do wish Holiday In would return to their famous cinnamon rolls, the new versions are just not nearly as scrumptious and the powdered eggs are just awful. It is a simple breakfast selection, which is fine, but it could be improved across the board (not specific to this location). The cleaning staff were nice and very accommodating as well. Overall, we would definitely stay again

It was a nice hotel, surprised that I had to be moved three times because I could not get any heat. But once I was finally moved to my final room, had heat. I was there for four days while my home was being renovated. The staff was very kind though in seeing that my needs were met. So with that said, thank you Holiday Inn Express.
