The facility is very clean and well maintained. The staff is always friendly, courteous and very helpful. The breakfast has plenty of choices. Overall I would highly recommend it and we look forward to staying there again.

Positive: This is the second time we¿ve stayed at this hotel, and we¿ll keep coming back on our trips through London, KY. The room is always pretty clean, and it¿s incredibly spacious for the price (we always get the king suite). Breakfast is great (and ho Negative: The tub could have used some extra cleaning, but I just did it myself. The location is hard to get in and out of- especially during busy traffic times.

Upon checking in I asked if the pool worked, I was told yes. We decided to stay and were given a room on the third floor. After paying I was told the elevator was broken. I decided fine, I'd still stay. We got our 6 year old out of thr carto go in and swim only to find the pool was NOT HEATED. it was the coldest water I've ever been in. We couldn't swim and even our child couldn't tolerate it. So the whole reason we chose to stay was the indoor pool and we couldnt use it. So we went to our room to tuck in for the night. We found a dirty sock on the floor, a men's gross sock right by our daughter's bed, by the head of it. The doors have no soft close feature so they SLAM night long. We were by an ice machine and it was horribly loud. We didn't sleep through the night as we were woken by noise after noise in the hall. Both beds comforters or spreads were dirty with stains. We took those off and slept with sheets. It was terrible. The entrance was shared with several other businesses. Including a VERY busy Starbucks and we could barely squeeze through. It was very confusing to get to. Do not recommend, just too many problems.

Stayed in a double queen with sofa. The room was very nice. Loved that the floor was not carpet and that there was a separate living space from the beds. Bathroom was a good size, bright and up to date.
