Wonderful service. Extremely affordable highend quality for any price range. I will be recommending them to everyone now. I lived in Gladstone for 15 years. Today I randomly decided to stop by for the first time and ended up leaving with a chandelier.

Horrible customer service! They act all nice when they sell you something but if you need to call back because something doesn't work...YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN! Don't let them pull the wool over your eyes! They put in ALL THE LIGHTS and FANS in my new house and in less than 30 days one light fixture goes out and the masterbath fixture was VERY oversized (never mind the sales lady kept saying how beautiful it was and it would look great and according to the measurements they had our bathroom NEEDED a light this big). Oops...somehow she forgets to tell me that it is a special order and can't be returned. If I would of known that I wouldn't of bought it. I NEVER buy things that can't be returned. They had all the measurements and it definitely doesn't look right at all! Our master bath is all about a BIG light fixture - in an unattractive way. When friends came to see our house some laughed and others were more like oh, gosh...that's quite a BIG light fixture. What the sales lady didn't tell me is that the HUGE LIGHT WAS A SPECIAL ORDER AND COULD NOT BE RETURNED. Hmm...this is to the stores advantage not about taking care of a customer. So much for all the assurances while shopping that they will make sure everything is right. Not my fault as a buyer than they didn't tell me this before hand. In regards to the non working light fixture I was told they would charge me a service charge plus installment plus the cost of another fixture. I wasn't giving them any more of my money after hearing this. Of course they told me "so sorry"....which at this point the joke was on me. The owner talked really nasty to me when I asked how or why they don't have any customer service after the sell. They made a nice BIG sale on my whole house and this is not the way to treat customers. Hope other people have a significantly better experience than I did. Good Luck! and Buyer Beware!

If the interior metal parts have come out or are loose, it's unlikely repairable. If the porcelain or plastic shell is damaged that is also not likely to be safely repaired. We have been able to change out the metal "foot" on some sockets to make them useable, but beyond that repairs on sockets can be difficult/impossible to do. If you would care to send us a picture of what you have we might be able to give you a better answer.
