We was there for not that much more than 30 minutes and there was a roach coming out of the ceiling The room smelt like smoke and so did everything else They wouldn’t give a refund because we were there more than 30 minutes There was nobody in the hotel because of how bad it was

Friendly service, clean rooms, nice breakfast. Pool was adequate, but could be updated

This hotel has a clean reception area, but the rooms are filthy! We spilt some water from our cooler bag on the floor. When a white towel was used to wipe up the water, it was black with dirt from the small area cleaned. The floors were different laminate in different areas, dirt was in every corner, and the floors were sticky. The toilet had a misfitting lid to the tank, and pieces of the toilet were laying on the floor. The worst part is that we were scammed and notified by the fraud department of our bank from this hotel. They ran our debit card twice for the payment of $105.82 ($20 additional for 2 dogs). Then they ran an additional $20 and $15. These are currently in dispute. Our strong recommendation is that you NEVER stay here!

When reading the reviews we choose this as it was “affordable” you get what you pay for. Arrived to the first room, the fridge was broken, floors was nasty. Told front desk, they moved us to another room, beds were disgusting, cigarette holes in the comforter, food crumbs on the bed, hair all over the sink, no toilet paper in the bathrooms. Yet again had to move rooms, this room at least the beds were clean, mold in the window seals, very outdated facility. The smell in the building was horrible, smoke filled hallways, the pool stunk extremely bad. If I could give this place a negative rating I would. Please if you have kids, or just overall want a decent place to stay DO NOT choose this place! Unfortunately we were stuck because all other hotels were full.
