Awesome manager Roger, very clean, very welcoming. Would absolutely recommend. And not only is it pet friendly, but pets are so very welcome. I had such a great experience staying here! If you're staying for a night or a week like me, this is the hotel to stay at!

Beware of this hotel! The manager Roger Patel is a horrible person who will treat you very badly! I received a room for my second night at this hotel. I got to be in the same room I stayed in the night before and sure enough I found a bed bug or something that looked like one. There were a bunch of guys tailgating right outside my window as well. I went to the reception to ask for a different room, at first they did give me another room, the room smelled moldy and the lock was broken. I went back, apologized, and asked for a different room. They didn’t say a word, gave me keys and when I got to that room I realized the keys didn’t open it. When I came back down to the lobby the manager, Roger Patel, jumped at me as if we were in some street market, started arguing with me and talking down at me, tried “proving me wrong”, said he’ll give me money if I find one bed bug, and that I had to go with him and look for bugs. When I refused due to the absurdity of the whole thing and simply ask for a different room or my money back, he said called me names, told me that if I stayed there the night before - then I must have brought the bed bug with me! He wanted to call the police on me, kept insisting that I’ll go show him where more bed bugs are, wouldn’t give me a different room, wouldn’t give me money back. I had to leave the hotel the same evening I got there. I didn’t get my money back, I was humiliated, I was laughed at and was treated like a someone that accidentally entered a bad neighborhood. Never in my life I received such treatment from a hotel reception manager. I never write bad reviews, I always try to help businesses out but this needs to be heard!

What a wonderful experience with these nice folks at Red Roof Inn on I75 in London,KY. The entire staff was super friendly, going above and beyond to make our unexpected stay awesome. The grounds, the building, our room, everything was clean and well kept. The price was good and they had a room available! If you are in this area, definitely will spect a nice stay here!

All hotels in the area were sold out, we called the Red Roof Inn around 12am praying to find a room. Tim answers the phone and tells us he had 1 room left and it was ours! Tim was so pleasant to deal with when we checked in and made sure we were comfortable for the night. The room was so clean we both slept great. We will definitely be returning if we are ever in the area just because Tim was so great and kind to us.
