Terrible terrible place.

Massage varies greatly among masseuses. Most are pretty good. The big issue though is the manipulation and lack of transparency from the staff. They heavily persuade you to subscribe to their membership for a slightly better deal that ends up screwing you in the end because it’s so hard to cancel. I wasn’t told that my membership was merely paused and my card was charged for several sessions I had not used. What’s even more stressful is when you try to use the credits on your account, that they have charged you for, but you can not because they don’t have any available times for weeks. Quite frustrating and ironic coming from a place you seek relaxation and comfort. Beware of tricky tactics!

Excellent experience for a relaxing hour

Asked for level 2-3 massage. Despite me telling the girl to go harder she wouldn't because I have fibro. Thanks but no thanks.. not my 1st massage.. please go harder - she wouldn't.. not to mention girl at desk offered membership told me it didn't cost anything then she automatically put my card # in which they require to even set an appt. I didn't realize it until I got home. Oh.. and did I mention my $79 1st time rate for massage ended up costing me $183.. My suggestion - stay away!
