Do not go here at all costs!! A loved one is here currently, and the past reviews Describe the same experience. I am fighting tooth and nail to get her out of her today. They have poor communication dismissive staff. Follow rules over proper care of individuals based on their needs. Make promises and don't keep them. Shut loved ones out who have been given signed consent. I only know what's happening because I am in the building asking, complaining, and inquiring about every small detail of what is occurring. It takes hours to get back to me with small pieces of information. There's so much more to write but can someone please help with current assistance in getting her out and maybe group together to fight and shut this place down or at least force them to better serve patients? I have heard "that shouldn't have happened in the past 2 days" more than any time in my life from managing staff here in relation to neglect of services. If anyone is wondering springstone inc. Is the umbrella corp and grievances should be brought to them as well. I was just asked to leave or be arrested because I haven't heard from any clinical staff since 7:30 this morning. And i asked the front desk too frequently whether she has received her food in a timely manner and inquire about general status. .... In response to the reply. I have been trying to reach quality control since Monday and no one has called or reached out. I only found out she was away today even though staff kept telling me to call her... She is also called the patient advocate and this facility does not seem to mind that a patient advocate doesn't have to be present every day. They only have one and when she goes away for a day there's no one. I was told she is working remotely today and have left several voicemails and have not heard back from her yet I started trying at 7:30am in the morning. Update 20 hours later no one has called me....

This place is only after money. They do not call and provide any treatment info for you loved one. My wife was there for several days (6 to be exact) and I received only updates when she contacted me. When I called to complain, they at first could not find her, but when they did, they refused to give me, her spouse and person that can receive updates, any information. When I asked for the director, they sent me to a generic voicemail, several times. They were very rude, short, and did not care about the fact that I have a loved one in there and received no information from the staff or clinic. This place does not care about its patience. You are strictly "cattle" to them! BTW- still waiting on that call from the facility, therapist or doctor about my wife’s treatment. And yes, a release was signed.

I stayed here for a week and the only positive things I experienced were from my friends that I made while staying there (other patients) and the occupational/music therapists. Staff were very dismissive and hardly listen and don’t explain things. The 1st night I was there I was so depressed I laid in bed all day and wasn’t explained how things worked and they did not care- I didn’t eat for 24 hrs, my friends had to motivate me to come out and eat or else the staff would start to get annoyed or upset. They did not like when you asked them questions. They were constantly mixing up patient’s medications or giving people the wrong doses or meds without consulting with them first. They started me on 2 medications while I was there and didn’t tell me once that I needed to schedule an appt with my primary doctor when getting out in order to get a refill. I was explained while in there that since their doctor prescribed it then I could get refills and now I’m out of meds until I can get in with my primary. I would 1000% not recommend this place. I could go into more detail but I feel as if this is long enough. I’m grateful for the friends I made but it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had and it definitely made my mental health worse.

You should be able to. My assessment didn't cost anything.
If you go to a local emergency room and get evaluated they will call and see if the have a bed there at Columbus spring's or you can go there to Columbus Springs directly
No, but they have outside smoke breaks, if the doctor okays it.
It varies based on which place the person is being held. Each unit has different visiting hours. You would have to call them to find out, and they also change based on weekday or weekend.
