After unloading our stuff and going and getting something to eat, I came back to the hotel and we turned down the bed only to find a bug crawling across The bed which I immediately recognized as a bed bug. I have had terrible experiences in the past with bed bugs and immediately packed up my things and went to the front desk to ask for a refund which which I was denied. The staff acted like I was making up this allegation of bedbugs until I pulled out the cup which I had caught it in. I would highly caution against staying in This hotel

I expected to walk into the room and see giant roaches with knifes. To my surprise the rooms were very clean. The sweet guy at the counter was very nice. My mother-in-law needed an air conditioned room. The room we originally got it didn't work. We went to office and told him what was going on and she needed air conditioning for her health issues. He didn't argue. Complain or nothing. Just apologized and moved us to a new room. He checked old room and we forgot something. He brought over the item and checked to make sure the air was working. The rates were good. Outside pool, ice and vending machines. Plus everything you needed in a room. Fridge, tv, wi-fi, etc. Have to say I'm rather impressed for my night stay.

Grear place for the price. Friendly staff. Clean and organized room. Large parking spots. Quiet area. Fair dog fee. Plenty trash cans in the room including a big one outside, which is empty and clean and in front of the room. Descent dinner area in room.

I arrived late very ready for some down time and met a sweet lady at the desk with beautiful colored hair, who right away made me feel at home. The clerk named Robin set out to make sure my needs were met while I was visiting the area and went above and beyond the call of duty to Make sure my stay was as pleasant as it could possibly be. Very impressed with the cleanliness of the establishment and would recommend it to any of my family , friends, and business associates. Thanks Corbin Inn , especially the desk clerk Robin for that night for going out of your way to make my visit as good as it could be! That's customer satisfaction at it's southern finest! 😁
