More than half of the TV stations did not work or were frozen. Refrigerator made noise whole time. Tiny toilet and sticky bathroom floor. Furniture was like sitting on concrete. Bed was ok. Disappointed in our experience.

I usually try and stay here when I’m traveling, which is a lot. Reasonable prices, friendly service. Clean rooms although they could use some updating. I only stay overnight so I can’t review a long term stay but I recommend staying here. Very convenient

This location needs a serious update. It was almost like we were a "pain" to the staff that we were there. I asked for a luggage cart and since there were none I was told that the carts are in peoples rooms and when they are done with them one should show up. I am glad I did not wait because a cart never did show up. I moved the couch so we could watch TV without causing our necks to be turned and there was an electrical out let plate broken and trash on the floor. We wanted to get out of there early the next morning so the car was packed at 6:00 AM when the "breakfast" opened. The night clerk who was also the host of the breakfast area, kept making excuses as to why things were very limited. "The delivery truck had not arrived", "We are not allowed to prepare food since we are not a restaurant", and "Food is on back order" does not cut it for us when the night before we were in a Fairfield and we had a very good breakfast. A piece of cheese on an English muffin does not live up to Marriot/Bonvoy standards for what to expect for breakfast. We stayed here because it was close to the Ark Encounter and driving another hour down I-75 would have been better.

Terrible hotel. It was full of bugs. There was never anybody at the desk. The pool was open so you could swim but only in the dark, no lights were on.a there was no light switch that I could find. Breakfast was practically non existent. The bathroom light didn't work. Sleeping in the car would be a better option. Never again
