Great place to stay! Employee's are kind and take pride in their work. I stayed in 2 Haptons Inn's last week, Corbin KY took the cake & set the bar high. My second stay in Michigan was worthy of no stars. People make all the difference. Keep it up!!

We came to see the Cumberland Falls. It was about 30 minutes away so that was good for us. Great location for multiple dining establishments. The only reason there was a deduction of stars is the bathroom needed some work done. The room including the bathroom was clean but they need to do some minor repairs. Also when you pull the blinds down it's completely dark... great for sleeping in.... I personally would have liked a brighter light to contrast this after sunset to read better but it wasn't a make it or break it problem. Lastly every staff member I spoke with was very pleasant which I really appreciate. I'd stay there again.

Positive: There was some issues with the room (beds) but the front desk took care of it. He explained it some times happens but made sure to get us up in a room quickly. Also with a room that fit are needs since we had two little ones with us! Great hotel! Negative: Nope loved everything

Human hair covering every inch of the room, told front desk no one cared. Called front desk at midnight bc the AC was either full blast or off and the room was instantly stagnant, no one cared. At check out let them know, she did not care (same rude girl dark hair and glasses). This was the worst hotel stay of my life Zero Sleep OH and when we left I did a search for contact and found they are on the local BED BUG LIST! Great!
