Hi Nataly, that's a good question! Although we do have an instructor at Planet Fitness, he serves the entire club and his time is not bookable by just one person. That said, there is no additional cost to our members for instructor help.

Unfortunately not, but Xport may be a better option for you. They were amazing and my daughter was always excited to go see them. She attended multiple times weekly.

By credit card yes, but only if they have to. The manager has to do it for you. I waited for the manager for like 1 hour. My account info was stolen & used again, & so I the bank said I had to close the account. I only had a credit card & cash to continue paying PF. I had my PF account on my bank account already. I told the truth, the debit card was cancelled & would not work when they charged the monthly fee on it. If they wanted to continue getting paid the monthly fee, they had to accept what I could give. That was my credit card only. So that is how I pay now for over a year. They can't force you to have a bank account. Yes this was a special circumstance, but anything can happen to anyone at anytime. As long as you have an account on bank already, they wont want to lose your business. This gym I am referring to was a corporate owned gym. The Hauppauge gym is privately owned. They only allow you to come 10 times a month if your home gym is another PL location.
