Older theater but loved it and staff was very nice

An aging movie theater, but the show was great!

My daughter was in a recent production here for 101 Dalmatians and it was a wonderful experience for both of us. The price of the winter session was definitely affordable given the amount of effort that goes into the show and rehearsals. My daughter especially loved Miss Linda during the rehearsals. I think all the people that work here and devote their time and energy to this beautiful space are truly wonderful and very responsive and kid-friendly. All the children put on such a cute and adorable show it was really so enjoyable. They also have two summer camp sessions available, so lots of cool stuff going on here.

Family friendly, beautiful historic building. They always have a great selection of shows from classics like West Side Story to newer productions like Fun Home, American Idiot, and Frozen. Cast is always top notch and the prices are incredible.

In the past I have parked in the Walgreens parking lot right near the theater. I usually park toward the back of the parking lot so I am not taking a spot for the people using the drug store.
It was a movie theater in the 60's when we first moved to Smithtown and eventually became a theater sometime in the 70's. Their productions have been very professional.
You should call the box office Thursday-Saturday 10am - 3pm
Following health department and Suffolk county's direction along with the Smithtown Fire Marshal the theater with be open but no show will be sold over 50% capacity. If you do not feel well or comfortable you can call the box office and they can exchange your ticket and are waving all fees. The theater will be deep cleaned daily and none of the local theaters Creative Ministries, Broadhollow, Engeman, or Theater Three are closed. Patchogue which is largely a music, concert venue is 1200 seats and must close based in the guidelines set by the county. Hope this helps be safe.
