Highly recommend! I had extensive soot damage from a bad boiler. Every surface, wall, furniture had to be cleaned. The Bristol Servpro crew was great! I felt very comfortable having them in my home especially given how much of my things they had to handle. When they were done I could literally breathe easier knowing the soot residue was gone. Recommend 100% for sure!

After our family suffered a house fire in January 2020, SERVPRO came to the rescue! Our project lead, Rodney (Rock) assisted us through the entire insurance and repair process. He returned all of my calls very timely (and I had a lot of questions) and he followed up on all of the next steps that he said he would. He connected me with each vendor SERVPRO uses, for each step in the process and he reassured me over and over that all was going to be okay. When the pandemic hit in March 2020, most of the progress on our home repairs slowed down. But I could always count on Rock to be honest with me, let me know how things had changed and shifted and once again, he kept us in the loop of the ongoing progress. We have now been back in our home since the end of June and Rock STILL calls to be sure that everything is going well. Thank you SERVPRO for the wonderful job that you all did, coordinating everything, taking care of us and bringing us back home.

SERVPRO Project Manager, Rodney Collins, appraised the work I need on the shed area of our garage. He was professional and personable and gave me what I felt was a fair price. The two guys (wish I could remember their names) that came over to do the work were on time, professional, completed the job on time and did a great job! I was very impressed with this company and would use them again and would highly recommend them!!

We cannot enter the property until the fire department officials deem that it is safe, but we can be on-site with you immediately so that we can begin the process as soon as possible.
SERVPRO is a true 24/7 company, meaning we take calls any time of the day or night, 365 days a year for Burlington. Although some services can wait until the morning, water damage needs to be removed quickly to prevent secondary issues. Call our office as soon as you are aware of the damage so that we can begin evaluating the issue.
