This is in regards to Groton,Ct postal service. I’m temporarily living with my parents and they live in a community where there is a shack with parcel lockers. Most of the time large packages in these lockers or delivered directly to the door if it a giant package. In the 2 months staying with my parents, the usps representative has delivered a package to the wrong address (addresses are listed in front and side of the mailbox) and now it seems they either delivered the wrong package to the wrong address again or they put my package in a parcel locker and never gave us the key in the mailbox. If usps wasn’t a government funded branch is be able to let a lot of mistakes go but when it’s a federal offense to “make a mistake” I’d think they would be a little more cautious with where they put mail. 😕

My mail has not been delivered for 4 weeks. No phone calls returned. Complained to a manager in writing several times no answer.

Literally the worst phone service I've seen. Didn't give enough time to enter the tracking number and when I finally did, it told me it wasn't valid despite it being correct. All of this just to get ahold of an agent and getting my time wasted
