Is there any reason why I have to show my identification cards to pick up my own packages? I was just in there today and I had to submit my identification card to pick up my own package when I have my PO Box there.

Accountability is the safest practice. Just because you have a key doesn't mean you are the person you say you are. Hope that helps.
