The maintenance team here is amazing! Hugo and Victor turned around a washing machine issue in less than an hour even going as far as removing it rebuilding it and reinstalling it! Can’t say enough about the team they have here and Bravo Zulu to the maintenance department!

I've lived here for 3+ years and I can’t think of a better apartment complex to live in. Before we moved here, we toured several apartments nearby and then decide to live here. Pros: Professional stuff: I am so impressed by Luis's knowledge about the complex. He has always providing me information about the exact room I interested in without going out and see, like the facing of the room, does that building has an elevator, etc. He is also very paitent and even I has so many requirements (realized later that I was fastidious at that time) he has always tried to find me a list of options that are close to my standards. He is definitely the best part of my past years lived here. Maitenence: Fast and effective. Only asked for maitenence for about 5 times because the apartment itself is new. But we satisfy with every maintennence. Community's environment: This is another major reason that we choose to live here. The landscape, trees, and lookings are really nice. The first time I drive into this community, I have the feeling that this is my deam home. We love that the community only has one entrence and exits. We love the closure feeling and being surrouded by trees. Hallways has heaters. Key fob entrance per building. Cons: Pet friendly sometimes annoying: the family lives above us has dogs. I can here some noise from them. The dog park is very close to the building I lived, some times can here some noise. But if you have pets, maybe this is an good thing, but I don't have any pets.
