If you get a premium 2 bedroom the kitchen is nice. However, the fees are very high, I pay over 1700 a month for a premium with 2B/2Bath. The lower units, which I have lived in before, have appliances that are in barely decent shape. If you are navy, the office does not take navy federal checks (cashier or personal), only automatic ones. If you want to pay online there is a 3% service fee. Otherwise, I would say the quality of the premium apartments is the best around Groton.
Depends if you get one of their premium units. If you don't the appliances are dated.
Pretty good. The stove is gas, and the appliances are stainless. Not top of the line, but not bad, either
