The staff seems pleasant, but this was only my first visit. I'm quite disappointed with the visitation rules. This needing an appointment to visit my family member and not being able to get one on my schedule is highly irregular and very unfair for both the patients and the families who want to visit their loved ones often.

I came to see my mom today Rosina tabarroni they have been giving her a haircut in four months I haven’t received a medical update on her in over four months she did not look well. I have sent numerous emails to Diana the social worker and the administrator of the nursing home with no response. I am happy that you are now taking surveys it’s very sad in this situation

There is 24 hour Nursing Staff. Visiting hours are from 10-8.
Yes the Staff is great and the care is excellent
