Be careful sending your family to this place. A lot of the staff (not all) are very uncaring and borderline mean. Your items and medications go missing, and no one ever has answers. When your items are damaged or broken, no one knows anything. Family members go hours without being changed or cleaned, if they cannot do it themselves. If your family member is non-verbal, DO NOT send them here, they will be ignored. Also, if you want to get in touch with your family member's in house doctor, I wish you good luck. It took me almost 3 weeks of bothering the nursing staff to get a 5 minute phone call from the doctor.... which resolved nothing. I learned soon after that the doctor didn't even do what was asked of him and then I was never able to get in contact with him again. Absolutely useless. Also, if your family member gets injured in anyway, such as unknown bruises or even a broken left arm, document everything and ask 100 questions. The only upside was the custodial staff. They were always so kind, very funny, and willing to help.

My husband has been going to St. Patricks Nursing Home for the last 7years & never no problem. The horrible experience we endure this year was horrific….. there are not enough employees to provide the service patients need. Everyone has left the facility & the new employee don’t care for the patients. During my husband’s stay he was abuse mistreated by the aides & nurses. The service is horrible my husband is physically disable & has a speech impairment he needs assistance just about for everything. When ever he needed help or assistance he was told to shut up they dismiss him by walking way. The bell ringing doesn’t mean anything you ring the bell & most of the time they take 1/2hr. & more. An aide bruise my husband while bathing him really rough. His food tray never match the menu always something wrong. No communication whatsoever Therapy wasn’t giving accordingly…why ?short of staff. I don’t know what’s going on with St. Patricks but is not what it used to be.
