My Ac/heating unit co detector has been going off in the middle of night and the management company made 6 appointments with me and tells me when they came noone was home. My son is doing remote learning at home so where am I coming I have all emails for them saying they were coming and never showed up. They just want money and don't want to keep the apartments or buildings. DONT MOVE INTO ANY OF THE STAGGGROUP APARTMENTS.

I am a former tenant... Five stars will neglect you like none other..you call, no answer, emails no response. Complaints takes two weeks to be answered. When I moved we did a walk through with the management who said apartment was in good condition and had us sign their tablet to confirm. We have been waiting three months for security deposit. Now they’re saying the bathroom sink was messed up and to re paint it cost 1200?!!!! Someone is pocketing the money and preying on vulnerability... I will be taking them to court. I’m glad my husband has pics too!!
