I've been with this agency for two years now.i had one issue in the beginning and it was resolved quickly. I love the staff....very nice. If I need time off, I never had an issue with getting it. They work with your schedule. Great vacation time off. I've worked for a few agencies and out of all the agencies I worked for, this is a good one. I read some of the reviews and it doesn't match my experience working with them. My experience thus far has been great. 👍

Inconsistent agency. NUMEROUS times I didn't get paid; Had to wait another week (compounded paycheck). In-person submitted time sheets often get misplaced or unprocessed. They don't know what the other department is doing; they give you the runaround and seldom return messages. Staff in general are nice, but COO and CFO don't know what they're doing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. This agency will give you anxiety.

Hey! Marian, HHA certificate does not required any updates. In order to work again you need to do in-service training at any agency
