At the beginning, the experience here was great. My daughter truly enjoyed herself. However, towards the end of her time there, things began to change. For almost a month straight my daughter was taken out of class and brought to me. She was described as ‘very energetic.’ I would assume that is what you would want a 3yr old to be on a Saturday morning. One time she was literally carried out to me by Ms. Kats assistant. That was unacceptable and after calling the school to explain my displeasure with that, no one ever called back to follow up regarding the incident. Truth be told, after observing the class via video, Ms. Kat needed much more assistance with that class than what she was receiving. Rehearsal day seemed very unorganized. There was little to no communication on Rehearsal Day about where the students were supposed to be. I was in the hallway for almost a half an hour before anyone told me the kids were already inside the auditorium. The time for the youngest kids to perform on Recital Day was too late. 8pm was too late for 3yr olds to perform. When I asked why so late, I was never given an answer. All in all, I am happy my daughter enjoyed herself, but we will not be returning to Fancy Feet. She had a great time there and many of the staff were amazing. Ms Kat was a great teacher and Ms. Cookie was always welcoming. But we will be moving on. Thank you.
