Worse customer services ever. This Company makes money off of my mothers insurance all the time because there aide’s are no shows and there is never a replacement. They claim to specialize in so many needs but it’s all lies, very few know what they are doing while the rest have to be shown step by step. No one answers on sundays either so if you have a no show aide,there isn’t anyone to tell you anything or look into the aides where about. HORRIBLE SERVICE!! EVERYONE IN THIS OFFICE SHOULD BE FIRED!

Very poor customer service. They show no regards for their patients. Extremely hard to contact a case manager and anyone for help. I wonder how they manage to stay in business. Don't seem to care for the well being of their patients

Very rude and unprofessional coordinator.. I worked for this company for many years because of my patients not because of the company .. the way they handle a situation is very very poor .. and they all worked together .. can’t trust anyone ... all the workers and nurses I trusted leave and was replaced by new workers and when u called to complained they team up and never listened .. and when u called and report matters they don’t give u work .. have you calling days and days for work .. very disappointed but god is good .. and god don’t like ugly .. ❤️🙏🏻

If you'd like to give our branch office a call, the recruitment team could recommend a few local training schools in the area who do! Otherwise, we have a consumer directed program (CDPAP) that doesn't require a certification - give us a call if that interests you! 866-720-0124

We do have HHA training, yes! There are no additional class dates scheduled before the end of the 2019 year, but that could change with added interest.
