The 5th Floor nursing manager called me on June 1,2022 requesting my permission to give my sister her second Booster for Covid 19. I reminded the manager in the middle of June. He then said he no longer needed my permission to give it to her (she is 74 years old and she takes Dyalysis 3 times weekly. She has high blood arthritis and other underlining issues. All high risk for contracting COVID 19 and all of it’s deadly variants. Today is October 4, 2022 and still no second booster. October 6 will make her a resident there for 7 years. This Nursing home’s quality of care has dropped in an ALARMING RATE. All I have been BEGGING FOR is to give her the care she’s eligible for which her insurance cover her. We’ll see if any person in the Administration, CEO, or Director of Nursing will fix this. It took them 6 days to get her X-Rays after she fell at (what I was told ) Dyalysis unit. Whats next I fear. They have my phone number and I’m always willing and praying that they correct her care.

Staff were too lazy to clean up my dad or give him a bath, they didn't even call us when he was unresponsive and dying. Don't leave your loved ones here. There was only one person who took care my dad and she was in charge of watching him eat to make sure what made him choke or not.
