I have a court day tomorrow for non payment for rent which i payed want to know if the courts are open tomorrow the one at 1118 grand concourse due to snow

Take the paperwork to the court and see the clerk on the 1st floor. The police at security can point you where to go, just tell them you're responding to a complaint. The clerk will help you respond to the landlord's complaint and will tell you when to expect a letter in the mail regarding the court date.

Well if they are living I your house for more than 30 days by law it's called squatters rights. There's no limit on judgments. If you fall behind 9n your rent every year, then you can get a judgment every year. It doesn't mean they will evict, it just proves that they were able to prove that you owe money at the time. You don't want to many because other landlords will see this if you apply for another apartment and it may affect your credit.
