I was on vacation, late with dinner for my kids as we headed back to our hotel after a day at the beach. In addition to the kids food I order a salad. How do you order a salad, have to wait for your order and get no dressing? This was the first Chick-fil-a I've gone to who got the order wrong and was very passive in their response to customer satisfaction.

I visited this location on Saturday 06/25. Both times they were very busy and had lines in the drive thru. Today was just like every time I go to this location ( which is my pick above the others) Fast , efficient, courteous, professional and always with a smile on every face of the employees. The employees never show any signs of being stressed, overwhelmed or any other way. Only positive and encouraging conversations!!!! Well done!!!!

The drive thru looked as though he wasn't happy when my card wasn't immediately handed to him.. So with 3 orders of breakfast mini's, he puts "1" sauce packet in the bag... After asking me how many I wanted at the order menu. It was obvious he definitely did not want to be at work much less wait a half a second for a card. Outside of that.. The absolute Best Customer Service from a fast food restaurant

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! Found an entire bug in our kale salad. Customer service representatives were utterly incompetent. Chick-fil-a offered a $2 refund for the kale salad and refused to refund the rest of the order. This is the last time I’ll ever eat at this restaurant.
