This tacobell is probably one of the worst in the area. Idk what the overlying problem is, but the service is usually eh, mess ups are incredibly common, and something is always broken or out of stock. I usually just go to another one even with this one being closest to me. Could be a management problem, owner problem, staff pay problem, idk but it has the most things wrong consistently

Great food but slowest Taco Bell I have ever been to. Doesn't matter how busy or not busy they are, it takes 30-40 minutes to get through the drive through every time. *Edit* Lowering my rating because after waiting almost an hour for our food, they gave us the totally wrong order. They didn't give us my husband's burrito and they gave us two different things that we didn't even order.

Something HAS TO CHANGE! Otherwise, just shut this location down! I’m only giving 1 star because it’s the closest location to my house. But…everything is wrong about this store! 1. They are SO slow. 2. Orders are wrong at LEAST 75% of the time (Check your bag before you leave). 3. Food is always COLD or OVER COOKED (it must just sit under a heat lamp all day). 4. I’ve given this location chance after chance. I’m done. Sounds like everyone else is too!

I love Taco Bell and will continue to go to them, but not the one in Murray like. Terrible customer service and the preparation of the taco we’re definitely “ not caring”. Little meat, and practically no cheese or lettuce. I don’t even know why they bothered. The girl at the window was eating a taco while serving me. Just all around not good. Travel a few more miles and skip the one in Murrayville
