No milk shakes and no ketchup or sweet and sour sauce. Plus you couldn't order from the counter, you have to use their computer board which doesn't know their shake machine is off or broken. I will not visit another McDonald's, the different locations all stink 😤 😒 😑 Gone are the days that their food was tasty. Plus now I'm ready to leave and the clerk has not gotten my money back because she opened the counter and everyone is in line at one cash register. Where is my $7.00 refund for two milk shakes that the computer said they have? All McDonald's are starting to stink. And don't blame the staff, blame the owners for not doing the most to show pride in their business. These owners want your money and don't care about quality of service and products. Shame on owners ~ they need to work the counter/cash register everyday till they get their business straight. 🙄 In fact, my next milk shake will be from chick fil a. No more McDonald's for me or my grandchildren!

I came through the drive through on Thursday 5/26 at 5:15pm. I was greeted through the microphone by a young man who was not only incredibly pleasant but belted on the mickey d’s jingle. At the window he was again amazingly pleasant with a genuine smile and a wonderful demeanor. I manage a local restaurant and would love to have such enthusiastic employees. Even after a long stressful day, I couldn’t help but smile, his personality was that contagious! I don’t know his name but I would like to give a huge shoutout to the man on the mic! The burger was pretty good too!
