My entire order was cold .the night manager blamed it on the drive to Randall and kerr . I told him I asked for fresh fries not ones that sitting under a light just to have all the food cold . He kept saying their is nothing wrong with the order it's disgusting to serve cold food .

I like Chick-fil-A it's just they always say it's a pleasure to serve you and there's so nice even if they're having a bad day but chicken is good but the lines are so long sometimes
